Welcome to Mann-Forge.com. By accessing or using our website, digital products, and physical merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Digital Product & Software Licenses
All downloadable software, code assets, and digital media purchased or acquired through Mann-Forge.com are provided under non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Merchandise Orders & Physical Goods
Orders placed for physical merchandise are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. Returns for physical items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
3. Limitation of Liability
Mann-Forge software and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Mann-Forge shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
4. Texture Pack & Cover Licenses
Texture packs, wallpapers, hero art, and book covers are sold under one of two license tiers, selected at purchase:
Standard License — for individual creators, freelancers, and businesses. Unlimited commercial projects allowed. You may not redistribute the original files.
Extended License — everything in the Standard License, plus use in products sold to customers, templates, themes, and large-scale distribution. You may not resell the original files.

IMPORTANT: By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any photographs, textures, backgrounds, overlays, graphics, or other digital assets ("Assets") supplied by Mann-Forge L.L.C., you agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Mann-Forge L.L.C. grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Assets for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
Ownership of the Assets is not transferred to the purchaser.
2. Permitted Uses
The purchaser may:
- Use Assets in personal projects.
- Use Assets in commercial projects.
- Use Assets in websites and web applications.
- Use Assets in software and mobile applications.
- Use Assets in games and interactive media.
- Use Assets in videos, films, livestreams, and broadcasts.
- Use Assets in advertising, marketing, and promotional materials.
- Use Assets in social media content.
- Use Assets in printed materials.
- Use Assets for client work.
- Modify, crop, recolor, edit, and incorporate Assets into other creative works.
- Create unlimited finished commercial products incorporating the Assets.
3. Prohibited Uses
The purchaser may NOT:
- Resell the original Asset files.
- Redistribute the original Asset files.
- Share or transfer the original Asset files with third parties.
- Upload the original Asset files to stock photography websites.
- Upload the original Asset files to asset marketplaces.
- Offer the original Asset files as free downloads.
- Include the original Asset files in another texture pack, photo pack, asset bundle, or competing product.
- Claim ownership of the Assets.
- Register the Assets as trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property belonging to anyone other than Mann-Forge L.L.C.
4. Client Work
The purchaser may use the Assets in projects created for clients.
Clients receive rights only to the finished product and do not receive rights to the original Asset files.
5. Ownership
All Assets remain the exclusive property of Mann-Forge L.L.C.
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership rights are retained by Mann-Forge L.L.C.
No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
6. Termination
Any violation of this Agreement immediately terminates the license.
Upon termination, the purchaser must cease use of the Assets and destroy all copies in their possession.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Assets are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Mann-Forge L.L.C. makes no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mann-Forge L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Assets.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States of America.

IMPORTANT: By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any photographs, textures, backgrounds, overlays, graphics, or other digital assets ("Assets") supplied by Mann-Forge L.L.C., you agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Mann-Forge L.L.C. grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Assets for personal and commercial purposes, including qualifying products intended for resale, subject to the terms below.
Ownership of the Assets is not transferred.
2. Permitted Uses
The purchaser may:
- Use Assets in all uses permitted under the Standard Commercial License.
- Use Assets in commercial templates.
- Use Assets in website themes.
- Use Assets in WordPress themes.
- Use Assets in Shopify themes.
- Use Assets in design templates.
- Use Assets in digital products sold to customers.
- Use Assets in educational products.
- Use Assets in software distributed commercially.
- Use Assets within products sold to end users.
- Allow multiple employees or contractors within one organization to use the Assets.
- Create unlimited commercial products incorporating the Assets.
3. Prohibited Uses
The purchaser may NOT:
- Sell or redistribute the original Asset files.
- Offer the Assets as standalone downloads.
- Upload the Assets to stock marketplaces.
- Include the original Assets in competing asset packs.
- Include the original Assets in competing texture libraries.
- Include the original Assets in competing stock photo collections.
- Transfer or sublicense ownership rights.
- Claim ownership of the Assets.
- Permit end users to extract or access the original source files.
4. Products for Resale
The purchaser may use Assets in products offered for commercial sale provided the Assets are incorporated into a larger finished work and are not the primary value of the product.
Examples of permitted use include:
- Website themes
- Application user interfaces
- Books and eBooks
- Marketing materials
- Commercial websites
- Video productions
- Educational resources
- Software products
- Digital templates
The original Assets may never be sold as standalone files.
5. Multi-User Rights
One Extended License may be used by multiple employees and contractors within a single organization.
The license may not be shared outside the purchasing organization.
6. Ownership
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership rights remain exclusively with Mann-Forge L.L.C.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of the Assets.
7. Termination
Any violation of this Agreement immediately terminates the license.
Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement cease immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Assets are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Mann-Forge L.L.C. disclaims all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mann-Forge L.L.C. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Assets.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the United States of America.
